KwikFly Apparel is made in the USA, shipped from our warehouse in Alpharetta Georgia, and currently offering only domestic shipping. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location. Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves in providing excellent service, and a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of our product, the product is defective, or an incorrect fit, please send an email within 10 days upon receipt to kwikflyapparel@gmail.com for a full refund, which will be applied to your original payment method, or size exchange.

The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Full refunds/exchanges will be given once the product has been received, and inspected to verify there are no signs of visible wear or damage from the buyer. KwikFly Apparel reserves the right to adjust the amount of return payments if the product is not received in a condition to be resold and shows signs of usage, including but not limited to dirt, animal hair, blood, or stains.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the product; however, the customer will not be charged the cost of shipping the product exchanging for another size. Customers can only exchange a product for another product of equal or lesser value.

All sales are final and no returns for the following items: crocheted items, KwikFly merchandise including but not limited to, lip balm, towels, wine glass, sunglasses, koozies.
